THEPROTOTYPIST STUDIOS — SHIPPING POLICY
Made-to-Order Production
All pieces are made to order in small batches. Production lead times vary by product:
- Mirror 001 — ships within 2–4 weeks of order
- Aer Table — ships within 3–4 weeks of order
- Hanger — ships within 1–2 weeks of order
- Small goods & accessories — typically ship within 3–5 business days
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Carriers & Delivery
We ship via UPS and DHL depending on destination and package dimensions.
- United States — UPS Ground / UPS 2-Day Air
- International (Europe & beyond) — DHL Express
Delivery times are in addition to production lead times listed above.
International Orders
We ship to most countries in Europe and select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by THEPROTOTYPIST at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each piece enters production shortly after ordering, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at [your email] as soon as possible.
